by MarleneMatt took on our large renovation during a busy time for him and his team. We had a tight timeline to have the project competed. Matt rallied his team of professionals in electrical work, tiling, dry walling, painting, plumbing and flooring and organised the project to meet our specific needs. He brought vast experience and knowledge working and planning with our designer.
Matt’s team completed their jobs with attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. We quickly trusted Matt with our project as many of the trades professionals who came to work for him would often speak very highly of Matt and never hesitated to help him on his projects.
Matt and his team were very personable and respectful showing genuine kindness to our family, including my elderly Mother who lived in our home. When she passed away suddenly and we had to postpone the project for a few days, Matt quickly responded by shifting his team to other jobs and when we were ready he rallied everyone back to complete the project, bringing a beautiful bouquet of flowers for our family. He is a sincere and generous person to all.
Matt reassured us that he is available to return to help with any future work, big or small and we would gladly welcome him and the Odyssey team back in our home.
